"Went to order the Caprese Goddess and they were out of mozzarella. So then I ordered the Mediterranean as my backup and they were out of hummus and cucumbers. So, if you're a vegetarian, this place was pretty useless. Walked out empty handed."

"This was our worst Panera experience. To start with no one to take our order at noon on a Sunday so we had to use the kiosk. We both ordered soups and they were both so watered down. My husband said he could drink his from a coffee cup. Thankful they did add a few noodles to his home style chicken noodle soup he said. My soup was the broccoli cheese and had very little taste and was so watered down. When we went to dump our trays 3 other bowls of broccoli cheese soup sat on the dump station where other guest had discarded the soup. My hot sandwich wasn’t very warm. Out of chips until Tuesday. That seemed odd to me as well. Our meal cost more than an Olive Garden dinner!"

"I have been a Panera Bread customer for several years. I have an account tied to my phone number. I stopped at the Panera Bread location at 799 Lancaster Dr at Willamette Town Center in Salem, OR this evening (12-12-2023) around 6:45 pm. I wanted to purchase two blueberry muffins. They are one of my favorite Panera Bread items. I stood by the cash register for several minutes hoping to be waited on. There was a young man back in the bakery section taking some fresh baked goods out of the oven. I noticed a rolling cart that had several trays of baked goods setting on it, which included an entire tray of blueberry muffins. I did not see anyone else. After watching me for a couple of minutes he walked around to the register and asked if I wanted to be waited on. I said yes so he said he would go get someone. After another minute or so another young man came out to the register from a room behind the register. There were no blueberry muffins in the display case out front, only 3 cranberry orange I believe. I told him that I would like to purchase two blueberry muffins. He informed me that they only had the three cranberry orange muffins left to sell. I pointed out the tray of blueberry muffins behind him and said I would be happy to buy two from there. He then said they were not for sale, that they were for tomorrows business day. I asked him if he was telling me he would not sell me two and he would rather I just leave the store without a purchase. He said he was sorry but could not sell the muffins in the back because that would “mess up” tomorrows counts. I said ok fine and turned to walk away, at which point he said in what I took to be a sarcastic tone, “have a nice day”! I could not believe he chose to say that to me. I tuned back and asked to speak to the manager at which time he informed me he was the manager. I did not get loud but was clearly frustrated with this poor lack of service. I can’t believe the company line is we can’t sell something baked for the next day because that would mess up counts. I was a customer wanting to make a purchase and was denied even though the product was in plain sight. This was unbelievable to me. This manager needs some serious customer service training in my opinion. And please help him understand that when you refuse a purchase and send the customer away with a condescending line of “have a nice day”, he is not representing what I think Panera Bread would agree is good customer service."

"Beautiful new location in a fast improving Willamette Town Center mall. The Sip Club is a pretty good deal. Prices can be a bit high for some of the entrees but they taste pretty good. My favorite area some.of the pastries like the pecan twist. The patio with the fireplace is a nice place to enjoy a meal on a nicer day."

"Decides to give them a try. I get its company chained and across the U.S and the prices are a set price. I only got a large Mac and cheese and it cost 11.99. I was shocked but decided to try it. I suggest going to the across the street to Roth and buy mac and cheese from there. It will be like half the price and honestly about the same taste"
