Forresters Bar & Grill

"First time at Forresters. Love the fact that they have all-day breakfast, but all we wanted were some tasty apps and beers to wash down a bit of a hangover. The onion rings arrived somewhat warm but not hot. The potato skins arrived at the same temperature but really lacked flavor. Beer selection could be better as well. When we come back and try the breakfast, I'll update my review. The server was attentive and quick. Update: Came back for breakfast and had a much better food experience. We ordered the Haystack Skillet, which was delicious. The Farmlands Omelet is basically the Haystack Skillet in an Omelet. It was very, very good. Their gravy is a wee bit flour heavy, but it had good flavor. The Biscuit was fluffy and great under some gravy. Wasn't fond of the Bloody Mary, but it did the trick to send me home with a full belly for a lovely nap. Service was great as well. They earned at least one extra star on the food this go around. I'll definitely come back for breakfast. Great thing that they serve it all day!"

"Amazing food in an amazing location. Situated in vineyards and hop farms with a view out over a rolling vineyard. It’s well worth the drive. If you’ve never been here before I’d suggest having the long board of 5 tapas paired with a flight of 3 wines. For dessert you can’t go wrong with the short board of 3 tapas desserts."

"Never heard about this place until my father in law wanted to grab breakfast and glad he did! Service was phenomenal, but the food has to be some of the best I’ve had in Eugene/springfield. The country combo came with so much food! Even the coffee was fantastic! Can’t say enough about the food because I’ve been telling anyone that will listen. Grab you some!"

"This place is great! The food was so good. The atmosphere was very casual and laid back. There were TVs with sports playing. The service was friendly and the food came our very fast. We had burgers, fries, sandwiches, and tots. We will definitely be back."

"Friendly service and the serving sizes were very generous! We originally wanted Eggs Benedict but the hollandaise is not from scratch which isn't my personal favorite so we went with other items and they satiated our hunger. Everything was pretty flavorful and the eggs were cooked perfectly! My pancakes were not fully cooked the first time unfortunately but they were quick to bring me new ones and they were perfect the 2nd time. There was only one wait staff and she was covering the whole restaurant and you wouldn't have known it because she was doing a great job. She was quick which we appreciated and was just the right amount of friendly. Also parking was great which is always a bonus."
