"MANAGER ALERT: I'm just going to start off by saying I'm a long time customer. I ordered a large yumm bowl with double southwest chicken, and I open to this. Package leaked all over my seat cause the food looks like it was thrown or something. I ordered sub-vegan avocado, but still put sour cream on the bowl. The chicken is also regular which is wrong. I gladly pay $17 for this. I'd be lying if I said this was the only time, but I'm finally sick of paying money for my food to look like this. Seriously guys. If you had served this to a first time customer there's no chance in hell they're coming back. I'm giving this a 1 star otherwise I cant post a review, but this is 0 star quality. Would very much appreciate if management reached out, as they are the ones who need to be made aware of the quality service their employees are providing so they can enforce disciplinary action, cause this looks intentional. This was ordered on 10/6 at about 6 pm."
