"I went in Monday Dec 11 around 2:00pm and the girl working the counter was so, so helpful. I was in a predicament when the boots I was wearing fell apart! I came in with only socks on and in a hurry. She was accommodating and kind and so very helpful. I got my new favorite boots, left happy and with time to spare!"

"I went to buy a pair of boots and shoes. When I walked in the store the person working did not even look at me. She was so busy talking to a another woman while I was waiting to ask about a boot. I said excuse me. Not even a look. So I walked out!! I try to buy local everywhere I go, but it will not be this place.
