"I have always loved this place and the food has been great, but what other people have stated, it's true. The prices are outrages and they are skimping on simple things. My burger had one slice of bacon and one onion ring. Carl's Jr gives you more at a better value!"
"We called to check if we could come in with our dog as we were passing through Eugene and needed to grab something to eat. They were very accommodating and very friendly. The service was awesome and they even brought out a bowl of water for our puppy. The food came out quick and was delicious. The drinks were quite surprisingly good as well. We had mushroom and Swiss burger and fish tacos. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here."

"I ordered the cup of chili with a hamburger patty on the side. The chili came out very cold. The waitress took it back and said, "Apparently, we sent out cold chili, I need a new one that's steaming hot" I reminded her that I did not want green onions or onions in it and she voiced that again to the kitchen. For the next 10 minutes, the cooks were making rude comments, "put way too much sour cream in there," "put extra green onions in it, and make it really cold" it was very off-putting. By the time I got the chili back, my friend was already done with her dinner, and my $5.50 hamburger patty was now cold. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend eating here."
