"I ordered a Big Mac , thought I was getting there old fashioned big Mac, and they put on a thick top, but that was terrible. Why are they changing a good old-fashioned burger into what they think is so great. Go back to the better burger bun."
"I ordered a nugget meal at store 18978 on Commercial St SE in Salem Oregon yesterday and got something in place of my nuggets that I couldn’t even identify. When I called the store, and spoke with Nicole, I was told I would need to come back to get new food, which wasn’t possible as I was already on the freeway heading out of town. When I contacted corporate through the complaint webpage I was referred to the local office and heard from the area supervisor Ranelle, who at first was nice, however after sending pictures of what I received, she became short with minimal response. Seriously…no wonder the service is so poor. Won’t be returning to any location in that area!"
"I am sitting in drive-thru now. I got here at 2:47 a.m, it is 3:08 a.m now and not a car has moved up yet. There's about 12 cars just sitting here and it's not the first time this has happened. Why such a long wait at this time of the morning? It is very discouraging. If there was another drive-thru open at this time in this part of town. I would of left long time ago. It is now 3:16 and there is 2 cars in my line that still have to order before I can."
"Very upset with this mcdonalds, they don't pay attention to mobile orders and will serve you food that's made wrong I said no pickles on the mobile order and they gave me EXTRA PICKLES on every burger and cooked the patties on dirty grills (notice the black grease on the patty) , when I spoke to someone in charge there only option was to drive back and show them and to get a "new" burger but I live too far from that location and decided to pick it up on the way home and they won't resolve it any other way. Be careful going to this location."
"I just picked up the food and one burger that I ordered was missing, so I called the main phone number that google provided but the phone is not connected at all. I want to get a refund over the phone because I don’t want to waste of my gas to get another burger! If store manager read this review please leave your number please!!"
