"This place is absolutely garbage, I’ve had these braces on for 3 years and they don’t change my wires or tighten them, they only change the bands around my brackets, if a band ever comes off they always want a picture in order for an appointment, I am scheduled always 12 weeks out for routine care which is supposed to be every 6 weeks. The wires always break and the bands always come off. Oh and if your appointment is @3pm you are gona be waiting for 1 hr to be seen it’s really actually a waste of time and money. Go somewhere else. Don’t spend any time here."
"I just started my braces experience with Castilla and let me say the team overall are so friendly and sweet ! Very understanding. I’ve been having my braces for 6 months. If I ever need anything fixed I can call and go in , even if it’s to get bands for my braces. Highly recommend to start your brace journey with them."
"Great place overall. I have two of my children with braces here. But in all honesty they have grown way too much for this building. Parking sucks and the waiting room is way too crowded and sweaty smelling."
"everyone is friendly and it’s a clean and neat place :) i will say, every time I’m scheduled for an appointment I don’t get called back until close to an hour later. I always hear people asking if they could wait in their car from how long the wait For their appointment is…! I recommend getting more seating and maybe some fun ways to distract your clients with if they’re going to be waiting. i always see people having to stand cause there’s no where available for them to sit I hope more seating becomes available❤️"
