"After having the same wonderful dentist pretty much my entire adult life, it was nerve-wracking to find a new dentist after his retirement. I started seeing Dr. Jackson at Smile Alive, and she seemed very nice and upbeat. Yesterday I had to get two fillings replaced, and it turns out Dr. Jackson also has excellent “bedside manner” and is highly skilled! Neither filling needed any “touch ups” for bite or sharp spots after installation. I was also given a little stress fidget and a warm fuzzy blanket during my procedure, which helped me relax! I’m going back for a crown in a couple weeks and feeling a lot better now that I’ve found a dentist I feel like I can trust and really cares about my outcomes as well as my comfort."

"My mom was experiencing an abscessed tooth. Her dentist doesn’t pull teeth so we were referred to an oral surgeon. Unfortunately none of those we called had availability until 2 weeks later. By then the infection would have been so extensive she probably would have been hospitalized. I see Dr. Baarstad so I called Smile Alive. They set us up with an appointment with Dr. Jackson the next day. During that appointment the tooth was pulled, and mom is now on her way to recovery. I cannot stress how grateful I am to this clinic for their fast response in helping out an 87 year old woman from what could have turned into a life threatening situation. Dr. Jackson and her staff were excellent and so accommodating. I highly recommend Smile Alive to anyone looking for a dentist!"
