"First time in. Receptionists were great. Hygenists were great. Dr. was very friendly. I made contact with them a few days earlier. They had given me a friendly warning that they were scheduling a ways out but the wonderful receptionist found an open slot in the coming days that fit my schedule. I really appreciated that. Yeah it was everything I could have asked for."

"I have never in my life, left a bad review. This place is absolutely awful. They cancel your appointment if you don't call to confirm. Receptionist said they called me and I had no missed calls or texts. They repeatedly cancel appointments and always pull something.Actual desists/hygienists are good. I have been a customer her for a few years. Will be looking for a new dentist."

"I’ve been waiting 6 months for an appointment in December. I started having unbearable pain in a wisdom tooth, the whole side of my jaw is swollen and in pain. So I went to the emergency dental option they have. Awful experience. I got there and waited about an hour, understandably based on how many people were there so that was fine. Finally I got put in a room and a lady took me to take a panoramic X-ray, great. Didn’t hurt and the lady was very nice. I got put back in my room and a different lady came in a took X-rays inside of my mouth and was rushing through it and cut the webbing under my tongue because she was in such a rush to get over with it and move on to the next person. Now not only was my jaw swollen and in terrible pain but then I couldn’t talk properly because I couldn’t move my tongue without pain as well. Lots of blood. All of that took another hour and finally the dentist came in. At that point I was hysterical and crying because of my original pain and the extra pain that was caused, I could barely explain what was going on with my wisdom tooth. All of that time and pain and the dentist was only in the room for about a minute. Rinsed my gums and told me to come back for A CLEANING IN 6 MONTHS. Meanwhile I’m still in pain and had to go to the actual ER. They also canceled my actual appointment that I’ve been waiting 6 months for in December, saying that they did everything they were going to do anyway. So I waited 6 months for nothing? Terrible. The only reason I give a star is because of the one person that took my first X-ray and treated me like a person. She was nice. Everyone else did not take my pain seriously at all. Like I was an inconvenience as a walk in."
