"Dutch is a friendly place, but with someone like me with severe anxiety, I would rather not have a worker all in my business and overestimating me more. The coffee is pre made and taste nasty to me unless it's hot, most of the time tge espresso machines are usually not calibrated right and taste burnt"

"waited inline for my order, when I got up the window they made the drink a cold one when I wanted a hot. But no worries they were very apologetic and quickly made another hot. Thanks Dutch you guys rock!"

"I went back and forth about leaving this review as I normally get great service at this location. All I wanted was an ice tea. The young gal taking my order didn't understand what I was talking about when I asked for a couple pumps of sweetener. When I got my drink at the window I took a sip to make sure, but it didn't taste like the sweetener had been added so I asked if it had. The girl at the window disappeared, apparently to find the person who made the drink. Guess what? I don't care who made my drink. I care about the following phrase "Let me fix that for you." When she did return I was handed a small cup with sweetener in it. That is NOT good customer service. I understand that Dutch is a great first job for older teens, but could someone teach them a thing or two about Customer Service?"

"I don’t know what happened, but the quality of the customer service at Dutch Bros of Dallas has went downhill. There used to be some really great employees who were super genuine and kind, but now it seems to have been filled with employees who looked annoyed to be taking your order all while blasting their music and asking you to speak up because they can’t hear you. I wonder why?.. It is disappointing because I’ve always enjoyed Dutch Bros Coffee, but because of the poor customer service, other local businesses like Karma appeal to me now."
