John and Priscilla handled all of the insurance paperwork and kept us informed of the progress. Once all of the parts were ordered and received they told us that the actual repairs would take as long as 4 days. Considering that the repair involved replacement of the rubber roof, both AC units, two vents and the antenna, I was happy with the time required. It was completely finished in 3 and a half days, eliminating the need for another night in a motel. I am completely satisfied with the work and the price.
