"I called the day before my visit for a blinker bulb replacement quote. Came in the next day and they swapped it out free of charge! I was so thankful for that kindness! Tested before I left and all seemed great. Not even a minute after pulling out it blew again! I swiftly pulled back in and they swapped it again for free and that if it happens again it could be an electric situation and to come back in or see a mechanic! Wonderful experience!"

"I’m currently waiting for Jiffy Lube in Dallas, Oregon to do the right thing. What happened on October 16th, 2023 remains a big mystery between me, this particular Jiffy Lube location, its General Manager, all staff, the owner, and corporate. My car is now sitting there at this location. White Subaru Forester. Came in with an engine “FULL” of oil, got an oil change, and 2 weeks or so later, it’s all gone and my motor is toast. I’ve heard every argument from them: “Subarus suck”, “Aluminum blocks suck”, “should have checked your oil within that 2 weeks”, “Your motor is burning so much oil that it blew out the tail pipe, all burnt up, in two weeks.” Even tho it came in FULL with no prior problems. I’ve been yanked around for a week and a half. I’ve had the Manager offer to buy the car from me, minus the amount he paid to have it towed. So, like $350. I’ve been offered the option of financing through them so they can replace my motor. (So, yeah, I’d have to trust them to install it correctly and everything with no warranty? The same shop that probably made this error in the first place? With Jiffy Lube’s reputation - look it up) They told me I need to tow it somewhere, get it out of their hair. No other mechanics have come to look at it; it’s all been folks who are connected to Jiffy Lube with obvious bias. I was not shown the LOWER BAY video footage, which would have revealed a potential misstep taking place underneath. It arrived full. They worked on it and now it's broken. Either they doubled the oil filter gasket, dry fit the oil filter creating a tear or didn't tighten the drain plug with the proper compression washer. Maybe somethin’ else, but these are the typical issues that mechanics see when they get “another Jiffy Lubed car”. The footage above the car shows adding oil, but not much else. Again, they won’t send me the footage below. The shop Manager is the one who came out to where my car broke down, miles away, *alone*, and “took a look”. He took no videos or pictures. He was the same guy who initially did the oil change. We know this because the videos he sent me show this. So the same guy who potentially made an error that day was the same one who looked to see if an error was made. Then, he paid for it to be towed to this Jiffy Lube location. It’s been there ever since. They have all “taken a look” and determined that Jiffy Lube is not at fault. Corporate hasn’t communicated with me because they are still trying to force these shop folks to handle this ON TOP of their other responsibilities (which has been made very clear to be a LOT). The owner hasn’t reached out. Corporate said they would call me to discuss this but they haven’t. For me, to resolve this, I need my motor replaced. My kids and I need a safe car and that was all we had. We have struggled enough."

"This store is where I usually where I take my vehicles to get their oil changed. I saw the Albany store had a $20 off coupon online so I asked them if they would honor their coupon and they said they would! I was really happy they were willing to give me the discount since they didn't have to. Just a sign of their good customer service at this location. They did a quick but complete job of changing the oil and checking the filters. One of the filters wasn't very dirty and they didn't try to convince me that I needed to replace it which was something else I like about them. They also offered to vacuum out my car but I had to turn them down as my two dogs (100lbs & 79lbs) would have made it kinda crowded for them! My dogs enjoy going on oil changes as they love to watch the people running around."

"I got a good price on tires and installation at the Jiffy Lube in Dallas. Worth the drive, Brian Zettervall did a solid and hooked me up with these 80K mile tires. Ask any of his costumers who went through him, he will find you a fantastic price. Saved at least $400 from what Les Schwab would do and my tires were pretty much at the same price as 50K mile tires."
