"If I could give these people no stars I would, but they don't give you that option if you are somebody that is using OHP (Oregon health plan) Do not waste your time contacting them!! I am trying to get this Dental company off of Pacific Source's Insurance list of providers because they should never interact with people that are on Oregon health plan or state insurance ever again. This is the worst experienced I've ever had with a dental company. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"If you care about hygiene at all do NOT go here. Staff do not change gloves between typing, writing or WIPING THE CORNERS OF YOUR MOUTH WITH THEIR FINGERS, and will proceed to try to stick them in your mouth. Also, their sterile tools are not sterile. On the day I went, not only did the tools still have dried toothpaste on them, but the water pick as well was covered in who knows whose toothpaste. They were not stains like they tried to claim as I was able to easily scrap the marks away with my nail. The dr also did not apologize or seem suprised leading me to believe this is a daily occurrence. I reported to the ADA and apparently this isn't the first time they have let their sterile processes slip."

"I haven’t been to this dentist since I was 18, I’m now 27. I just wanted to leave a review because I had 4 small amalgam fillings and a facial filling done by Dr. Li (around 2008 to 2014). This was so long ago, and yet I’ve had several dentists since then comment on how great my dentist did on those- the amalgam is strong and the facial filling was matched so well that they sometimes don’t even see it on the first exam. AND I was a little brat in the treatment chair, yet I have some of the best amalgam fillings out there because this man was so patient with me years ago. I just think that’s worth mentioning, thanks so much Dr. Li. Hope you and your office are doing well!!"

"Meanest dentist. Cuts corners, doesn't use the numbing stuff. Gave me big time anxiety. I will make sure to never recommend them to anyone. I visited in early 2019. Thank goodness I have a very caring dentist now and feel comfortable. If I could give a 0 to this place I would. They don't need a 1 star."
