"This place was the worst, I paid over $9,000.00 for pulling teeth and dentures. The temporary dentures never fit and when I went in for liners the teeth were just as sloppy as when I went in. The inside part was razor sharp so have cut scars on my gums. They gave me back $3,000.00 Saying that was the charge for the permanent dentures. I would not ever recommend this place..All they care about is the money they get from you and your insurance. I complained from day one and everyone that asked me about how they were and are I tell them do not go there. Big rip off..... Charging people for teeth they can't wear is not helping them and respecting them. $3000.00 you stole from me and my insurance company. I agree paying for the pull but even the temporary dentures hurt to bad to wear. Well if you cared you would have refunded all but for the pulling of my teeth. I have plenty of people whom will tell you that the temporary teeth were not worn because of the cut up mouth I had. You still owe me for the cost of the temporary teeth. I pray that people read reviews on these people. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. After 11 months I went to another denturist and now have teeth that fit like they should.....Thank you Cory Zimmerman."

"The worse experience ever. After laying out 25,000 these snapon dentures are painful, at times bloody. It's like taking your car in for transmission problems and ithey send it to the car wash. Why is it so hard to resolve this? I've called to request a phone call back from the owner/manager, and they refuse. My confidence in this company is shattered. I don't expect anything, other than to fix this issue. Im tired of being in pain and ignored."

"I have always been nervous about going to talk about my teeth, they were very helpful and friendly. Very welcoming. The consultation was very smooth, and I was on my way with the information I needed to know. Would definitely recommend to others!"

"Chapter one, there will be 12 chapters of this story. First chapter highly recommend do not go to this place!!! Chapter 2 will be next week and so on. And I totally recommend you to look at my review and find out all the pain lies and misleading , that they told me and said no problem we'll take great care of you so miss lady they lie to me and 100% do not go to this place!!!! And the office manager her name is Rosie yes!!!!!! She is way rude beyond rude!¡ But wait for chapter 2 next week. And remind you when you sign a contract and you pay them in full and they say no refunds when they can do the work they want to give you partial of your refund which I got partial on my refund!!!! And they promised me some work on my teeth oh my God I'm disfigured and remind you I only got maybe 70% of a refund back not the rest but the work and pain suffering they put me through oh my Lord do not go to them seriously . It's very sad when you put 100% trust into a dental office then they turn around and torture you taking money and then give you partial of your refund back and say you need to go somewhere else because we're not going to do the work. I wonder how often they do this to people because they try to refer me to another dentist office .They say no problem we'll take care of you and then they torture you and can't do the work and then they try to send you somewhere else. Liars liars liars misleading don't trust them, never go to that place. And they will be reported to the dental association of Oregon State."

"I love this office. I called in early this week with tooth pain. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful and got me an appointment almost immediately. Every single person in this office has been compassionate and kind. Once I had the exam a preliminary treatment plan was determined. I was given antibiotics and an appointment to get the offending tooth fixed in a month. After another day I realized that this wasn’t going to work. I was in so much pain, I called the office and let them know. They bent over backwards to fit me into the schedule much sooner, and called in a prescription for me to get pain management in the meantime. The procedure itself was a source of much anxiety, but again the staff here were so wonderful and worked hard to put me at ease. The dentist and assistant worked like a well-oiled machine and got the job done with no issues. They sent me on my way with great after-care instructions, pain management, and a follow up. I am so excited to get my smile back and can’t wait to follow through with my treatment plan with this office. I cannot thank them all enough for taking my pain seriously and getting me great care so quickly."
