"Today, my 3 year old had her first x-rays and cleaning with real dental tools. Our hygienist, Christina, treated my kiddo with nothing but respect, care, and kindness. I was so impressed by how she spoke slowly and calmly and demonstrated tools to my child. My little one was extremely at ease and interested in what was going on. Our dentist was also very sweet, caring, and engaged. I would 100% recommend this Acorn West Salem office to anyone."

"Acorn Dentistry is such a great experience for kids! Everyone is kind and caring, from check in to check out. They get to pick a movie or show to watch during their checkup. The hygienists are always very kind and patient, they work really well with the kids. Today we had Christina and she was just really sweet and patiently answered my son’s question. We’ve seen two different dentists and they’ve also been great and also made sure to answer all questions. You never wait too long to be seen and the appointments go quickly. I wish I could go here as an adult because you can tell they really care! Grateful my kids get to have the experience that they do."

"Negligence at its best. My child and I were told he would need a possible teeth extraction 6 months ago. So we preemptively scheduled this appointment for a few months later. At this appointment they confirmed that the extraction would be needed, so we made an appointment for 2 months later as they were booked out pretty far. The appointment day arrives and the clinic calls to tell me our insurance won't cover it and that no one bothered to check MONTHS ago. Now that my child NEEDS this procedure done lest his teeth crowding becomes worse and leads to braces or other unnecessary problems; I am stuck in a bind because they were negligent and didn't do their job. Now I'm being FORCED to take out a loan with interest rates because they didn't do their jobs. I am beyond angry at the way this was handled and now I have to pay more money because they absolutely dropped the ball. They are refusing to help in anyway or "make it right". I could have easily saved up had someone done their job correctly."

"They do a great job helping kiddos and parents feel comfortable and confident with oral health and maintenance. We’ve never been ‘scolded’ for imperfections, only encouraged, educated and given tools for improvement. We rarely see the same practitioner twice, but that’s never been an issue for our family. They can get backed up sometimes, but that happens everywhere from time to time. These folks help a whole lot of families in our area, grateful to be among them!"
