"I just had my first appointment at Pringle Creek Family Dental. From top to bottom, everyone affiliated with the office made the visit lovely -- this was the most pleasant trip to the dentist that I've ever had. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful with regard to finding the office. The dental hygienists were informative, calm, and funny. The dentist was very kind and took every opportunity to make sure I was comfortable. The office itself is well-kept and bright with very current equipment. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the one. I don't generally leave the dentist in a good mood, but this time I did!"

"We just moved to Salem from Henderson, NV. I really hate going to the dentist but I had a pain in my tooth and gums that I couldn’t ignore. I was originally scheduled to see the neighboring dentist, but the pain was too much so I needed a sooner appointment and that dentist was at a conference. They recommended Dr Duffy and I’m glad they did. After speaking to the amazing office staff, I was able to get an appointment the next day. The day of the appointment I was incredibly concerned that a root canal was in my future. But when I arrived at the office the staff continued to keep my mind at ease. I was able to go in fairly quickly with an incredibly nice assistant and the doctor came in shortly after. He was calm and fun to talk to, I’ve never felt so at ease with a dentist. He found the culprit quickly! A stowaway popcorn kernel. That was it! He cleaned out the area, took a quick X-ray to make sure everything was ok, and I was done! I was prescribed a mouthwash and made an appointment for a cleaning in a little over a month. I’m not going to say that I’m going to be skipping into the office with great glee in my heart when I go back for my cleaning, but I also won’t hear the Imperial March as I walk into the office. Thank you everyone at the office, I’ll see you in a month!"

"Dr. Duffy is without a doubt the best dentist I have had ever. He takes such pride in his work I always leave feeling like I'm his most important patient. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they always remember me when I call or come in. Besides being very professional the doctor and his team all have great senses of humor, which can be helpful when visiting the dentist! Dr. Duffy has all thr latest tools and technology to provide a 5 star visit. I've left reviews before, but every time I leave the office I feel like I need to say again how much I love this dentist and his staff. If you're looking for a new dentist or you are not completely satisfied with your current dentist this is your guy I won't go anywhere else!"

"The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. My visit was actually fun! Dr. Duffy explained my x-rays thoroughly and gave several recommendations. I had choices, rather than telling me what I should do. He was also very professional. He took the time to use his expertise in cleaning and making my night guard more comfortable for my mouth.
