"I would highly NOT recommend this dentist. I have been waiting over 4 hours to be seen and It's an emergency. I came in when I was told which was 8:30 l am it's now 12:44 pm I'm in the lobby crying in pain and the receptionist just rolls his eyes at me like I'm faking it. It's called an emergency and they need to treat it as such. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. This is the only dentist who will take my insurance as well. They don't even bother asking me how they can help or what they can do. If you know what's good for you I would suggest NOT coming here."

"I'm a new client at this location. The staff are great for the most part. However, the person in charge of doing the dental cleaning does whatever they want. The pressure cuff doesn't work with me. My PCP put a note in my file address this issue. I was told she saw it. She left, spoke to someone else I don't know, then came back. To tell me ( the person over her can not find the note in my file) when it was in there when I came in? Walked away made me wait for her to come by to tell me to go to the er. Raise her arm and point for me to get out. I don't know if they bill me for something that wasn't done? Don't know if her losing the note on file will put off my upcoming surgery? Or did this happen cause of my skin tone? Why does their feelings override a doctor note? Is it even safe for me to come back there to get to the bottom of this? My dentist there is great as well as the front staff. I will be looking into a higher way to fix this if I can't have my surgery cause of the note in my file that just disappeared."
