"It has been approximately two years since my last visit to Burger King, and upon my recent return, I am dismayed to report a noticeable decline in both taste and quality. This disappointment prompts reflection on whether my palate has evolved beyond fast food or if indeed there has been a tangible regression in the standards upheld by this establishment. It is disheartening to witness the apparent deterioration of a cornerstone in the fast food industry. With the passage of time, it becomes increasingly evident that a fundamental reassessment and enhancement of offerings are imperative. "Buns are always stale. 50/50 chance your order will be wrong. Food cold. ORings, fish, and chicken petrified from reheating. Prices keep going up, quality keeps going down."
"I had a bad experience. Because on the website they say they open at 530! and I got there. And I waited in the drive through from 530-6am And then they get on the intercom and tell me their clothes. After I waited there for over a 1/2 hour. And then they tell me they can't even tell me what time they're gonna open... I just didn't understand why they will wait till 6 AM to tell me that they're closed. I think that they weren't ready to open. And they lied to me."
"I love this bk. It's better than most. I take advantage of the app and use alot of points. The main GM is awesome and very observant. The night crew I watch them improve and they are really beginning to look like they can handle their busy hours. Yes it can get dirty but overall their improvement gives them my approval. The angry morning manager lady needs to chill out Tho."
