Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"They hire these kids that won't give you the time of day when you go in there to try to talk to them, and they're putting these toppings on the pizzas very sparsingly. I was pretty disappointed when I got pepperoni pizza and thought it was just a Cheese Pizza with a couple of pepperones on it. They need to hire better than teenagers and that pay attention to what's going on. It's really irritating when you go there. And you're standing and waiting and waiting, and they're just like the duh."

"They don't answer their phones! All of the workers hang out in the back! The price has went up but yet the quality and quantity has went down. It used to be a great place now. It is a bunch of teenagers with no guidance or an adult in sight. They're so lazy they barely spread the toppings or stretch the dough. The toppings don't cover the entire pizza and the crust doesn't reach the edge! Rip off!"

"My normal go-to Papa Murphys place. However, there were new personnel behind the counter and the XL pizza I ordered was missing something taste wise. Yes, I'll go back there when I want another pizza and hope for the best."

"PLEASE DONT GO HERE! I received a text from Papa Murphy’s saying they had a seven dollar large pepperoni pizza as a deal for customer appreciation day. I called in and tried to order and they told me to do it online. So I did it online, however, there was no code to enter so I would’ve had to pay full price. When I came in the store, I spoke with someone and told him exactly what happened and he said they can’t do anything about it. I asked for a manager, but none was available. So I called a better papa Murphy’s and the woman over the phone was completely understanding and I was able to get my pizza and the deal that was promised. It’s hilariously ironic that this happened on Papa Murphy’s supposed “customer appreciation day”. But my biggest complaint is that they NEVER answer the phone. If you get lucky and someone picks up good luck trying to call them back because they’ll just ignore it. They seem content to just accept online orders and negate the fact that part of their jobs include interacting with real human beings who come in for pickup. By the sounds of the other reviews the owner and manager have no desire to fix the solution.This is by far the worst papa Murphy’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are totally are apathetic and and woefully ignorant to the fact they work in a SERVICE BASED COMPANY”. They show little to no respect for the customer and often times treat you as in inconvenience."

"Have been coming here for ages now. Everyone knows about Papa Murphy's take and bake. It's a good place to pick up some freshly made pizzas and bake them yourselves. You can speed up the process by ordering online and then picking it up once you arrive. I usually like the stuffed pizzas and the thin ones. The people working here are friendly and courteous."
