"Really nice experience! Hadn’t been to this location in some time and glad to see things have improved! If you went here 1-2 years ago, you know what I mean. This time, staff was friendly and welcoming. Ultimo burrito (chicken) tasted fresh and good; Baja burrito (steak) was very good - plenty of tasty steak and guacamole was throughout the burrito. You know how sometimes things in the burrito are in a clump at one end so you get a bunch of something at one end and something else at the other?? This was a well made burrito. The chicken taquitos were fresh and tasted like it. Perfectly fried - not burnt. Great selection of Baja Fresh salsas were all on ice and almost all full - the counter was spotless and the rest of the restaurant was clean as well. It was a really flavorful and good experience!"
"We order delivery or pick up from time to time when we can't make dinner. It is consistently disappointing but usually still okay. Tonight, we ordered and received the wrong type of burrito. The other burrito came with a very small handful of chips on the side and about a cup of unmelted cheese and a massive scoop of sour cream. We had tried to call to ask for no sour cream, but after calling 7 times with no answer, we gave up. We finally got a call back and were told the order was long gone but "at least I called you back.""
"1 star, called and got hung up on 3 times!! Finally got thru to put in a to go order and she tries to charge extra for SUBSTITUTIONS - go to Baja in lake o all the time never get charged extra for a substitution. Horrible service."
"Had delivered. They forgot half my order. Called location asked for a refund of items that were missing, guy stated they do not do refunds but will redeliver. Well, food never came. Paid for food I never received. Don't lie to customers that is NOT acceptable customer service!"
"YUMMY. I love healthy fast options. Personally like the quesadilla dish for the kids, has white cheese and chips. I like the burritos "enchilada style" which adds red sauce to anything. My fiance is obsessed and I dont mind eating here."
