"Always a pleasure. Nice billet parts for my Banshee build. Most items are always in stock which I can appreciate this day and age."

"Called to ask if they carried Yukon Limited-slip Friction Modifier? Quote "I don't know what any of that stuff is" What a joke if you're going to have a business maybe ask questions on what the item is. I would have helped her with a little knowledge!"

"I bought the rear view mirror and side mirror Billet aluminum that cost over $400. Put them on and right away I noticed that they were way too small of the view to be effective, they look cool but really not a good rear view. My bad for buying them in a catalog from the motorcycle shop. Also noticed right away that the side mirrors are not adjustable, they bind or if you loosen them up as Mike told me too they just flop. After several weeks of getting the runaround the motorcycle shop finally took them and sent them back to Mike to get them looked at and warrantied he sent me back the same mirrors with nothing done other than tightened up which again they do not move they bind, I'm a big guy and I can't move them when they're mounted the way he tightens them up. I was hoping he did more than just tighten them up so I loosen them in little increments until I can finally get them to budge and they won't stay in any one spot once I get moving they flop like Dumbo's ears... Call again and ask for help no response no help just out $400 not. Great machine work horrible design. Thanks for taking my money modquad. He talks a good game about how his customer service and warranty is top-notch but from what I've read it's just that it's all talk and definitely from what I've experienced."

"TOTAL JUNK!! I spent $650.00 on rear control arms (radius arms) and sway bar links for a rzr 1000. All 12 of the ball joints were loose and banging 1/2 way through a 3 day trip that was a total of 300 miles. Called modquad and they seemed anxious to help but would not return my calls. Took Mike over a month to finally tell me to ship parts to him at my expense (with no guarantee they would do anything. After dragging it out for a 5 weeks i knew i was wasting my time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT."

"Purchased the Modquad Fender Bolt Set Stainless Steele for Yamaha Banshee via Amazon. A few issues: 1. The bolt heads along with the washers are approximately 1/2 the diameter of the factory ones. They don't look right and the holding power is less, they don't spread the load out on the plastic. 2. The gas tank and radiator shroud bolts ARE NOT included but that was not obvious or called out when ordering. No full kit with all bolts included are available according to Modquad as of today (8/2/2017) 3. The bolts have some funky insignia on them, they aren't smooth, again adding to the not looking right on the bike. I contacted the manufacturer today, Modquad to share these concerns. They were perfectly gracious on the call but offered no resolution."
