Jersey Mike's Subs

"The Jersey Mikes in Sherwood went above and beyond today. Not only did their lovely staff alert me that I had enough points to get a free sub, when I went to my car and discovered a dead battery they jumped my car!!! One of the staff went home, got his jumper cable and got my car started! Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub place but they have my undying loyalty now. BTW it was pouring rain at the time. Those two young men are not only great workers but great assets to our community. Thank you!"

"I would give 5 stars based off the food and service, but the last 2 times I have ordered online to pick up, my order has been stolen. No fault of the person(s) working that night (their response to the event is of the highest regard, very professional), but seeing their face of defeat as I ask for my stolen order is not ok. Management should step in to help not only the employees, but your customers that may turn down ordering from this venue because of the inconvenience caused not by the establishment, but by people taking advantage of the situation."

"Best location around us. Consistency is key. Friendly team, never just standing around, bread is consistently fresh and not burnt. Ingredients noticeably fresher than other close locations. Family stops here at least once per week"

"Went in this afternoon, ordered a number #8 and #13, mike’s way. Nothing special. Food was not made according to menu, items missing even though they had them. Still good sandwiches just not what we ordered. Tables and floor covered in food from previous customers. Plenty of employees (5) on shift but they were too busy chatting with each other."

"Went to get a sandwich and walked out after they failed to be sanitary. This is the only Jersey Mike’s that I know that will put the sandwiches on the counter without the paper underneath. I spoke up and said something about it and the guy said I am the store manager, How can I help you? I said I want my sandwich re-made and we put on the paper to be cut not put on the counter to be cut and he said that’s how we do it at Jersey Mike’s and I said no it’s not. I’ve been to plenty of them I know that no other Jersey Mike’s put them On the counter without the paper underneath because that’s unsanitary he goes unfortunately, that’s how we run it here and I said OK well then you can eat the sandwich that you just made and I’ll Go elsewhere. He refused to remake me another sandwich. You need to teach your Manager how to treat customers and employees. Didn’t get the managers name but he’s the guy with the black curly hair. I will not be returning to this Jersey Mike’s. I will drive the extra a few miles to go to the one by Fred Meyer‘s in Tualatin."
