Classic Collision

"Save your money and time by not coming to this collision place!!!!!!!!! Zero professionalism... After getting my car almost a month later it wasn't repaired 100% I mentioned it to them and they stayed with the car for another almost 2 weeks. When I got my car back it had a dint on the side I told Oscar and he said he would get it fix by sending someone to my house and it's been a month and never contacted me. During the repair they never contacted enterprise to let them know about the delayed. Zero professionalism. Don't do business with this company. Save you and your insurance money and time."

"Do not go here!! They are theives. My daughter took her car there to get fixed, it took way longer than it should. Then they stole a part from her car and when she took it back she was told they couldn't do anything because it wasn't part of the claim. I repeat, do not go here!!!"

"Update Dec 2023: Called GEICO to reopen the claim and they contacted classic collision immediately. Ron work quickly with me and got me in the shop 4 days later. My Car is finally fixed and extremely happy with the work! They were able to work with me and got everything done in 2 days. Thank you! ________________________ In 2021 I got into a car crash and GEICO referred me over to classic collision. They were good and helpful the first day I took my car in, but over the weeks past there communication depleted and emails and phone calls were done by me at some point. They kept saying parts were back order which I understand, but when my car was all done, sensors were still acting up, and parts were missing and are missing till this day. I’ve tried sending emails and still never got a response. Although my car is internally okay, externally it wasn’t done and incomplete. Update (Nov 2023) Still have not been reach out or hear from them at all."

"Extremely poor experience. I had given them my car to replace the core support under the car. However it took the longest to get an appointment and then even longer after I gave them the car to get it fixed. I went with them because my insurance told me I would get a better price if I do it with in network provider. Turned out their ultimate charge was higher than dealership. Once I got my car back, it was in a terrible condition. It wouldn't start. The hand break was faulty. I went back to ask, and they said we did nothing with it. Almost about a week after I got it back, my engine light is on, battery is drained and on asking Jeff and Becky they directed me to their boss who completely refuted any responsibility of my car. He said you should talk to your insurance. If I was aware of this terrible work, I wouldn't be at your place in the beginning."
