"I needed a tire replaced. I showed up. Super chill dude with a leaf blower was like "What's up?" I told him what was up. 10 minutes later and $50 lighter this guy had me set. Come here and get your tires and stuff fixed."

"Yeah just unfortunate trusted this place two times to sell me tires, sold me a flat a while ago and decided to trust them again for whatever reason, they sold me another flat and refused to refund it. They just kept on saying you must have hit something but the fact is when the tire you sold 2 days ago comes back flat it’s on you and probably not on the person especially when the prior tires I had for years are still in great condition. Anybody with critical thinking would understand that but then again anyone with critical thinking wouldn’t go back to a place that sold them a flat tire so I’m the fool in this. This place is looking to scam you I tried supporting a local business but it’s really just not worth the gamble when I’m a loser 2 times. Honestly very confused how this buisness has good reviews."

"I stopped in because I had a slow leak that I needed fixed. After the tire tech looked over my tires he showed me that patching my tire was a waste of money because the tread was low. I ended up buying two used tires that looked practically new. I'm very happy with their service!"

If you want to see how their customers feel stop by there and talk to some of them. I swear people will tell you they're a great value and have friendly mechanics."

"Was driving on the far side of Portland when one of my tires went out, they were old and desperately needed to be replaced. With it being the weekend and me needing to get back out on the road the next morning S&S was basically my only option. When I arrived the service was generally friendly, but quickly became dismissive of me. I know little to nothing about tires, and they were very condescending toward me, like sharks when they sense blood in the water. I needed to talk finances with my significant other before making any decisions but they took my car in anyway and became extraordinarily impatient while we were trying to decide what to do. When I was given the initial quote I was told $170 for 4 tires which I assumed was a misspeak, however, when I repeated the number to the gentleman he didn’t correct me. Regardless I still figured he actually meant $270 which in fact turned out to be the case. But they didn’t communicate this with with EACH OTHER and left it to me to tell them what I was quoted which made me feel like I was being led on. The cash out process was fine with some unfortunate bank hiccups but nothing more to say there. Fast forward two days to this morning,(I didn’t drive yesterday so this went unnoticed for a whole day) and I go out to check my mail and see that one of my “ excellent condition tires” is now flat, two days after I bought it and I’m left to figure out how I can get my vehicle in a condition where I can safely return to them and have this issue fixed. I expected more form a business with such high reviews."
