"Fantastic place in Newberg. Reviews suggested sitting at the counter to watch the cooks. Sean and Scott were fabulous. Not only were we able to watch but we could ask questions. It was almost like a private cooking class I had the penne and Scott gave me several tips for cooking. We recommended to other diners who wondered what to order. Fabulous time. Great meal. Learned a lot."
"We had heard about The Newbergundian for years and we were excited to finally visit it. We arrived in the evening it was a nice rustic ambiance with light music in the background which made it easy to carry a conversation, we ordered their Bruschetta, Mushroom Penne Pasta, Fish and Chips and finished off with a Crème Brulé. The food was all delicious, although the bruschetta could have used an extra generous hand with the olive oil however that could be up to taste. The customer service was great and potions were great. Overall a very good experience and lived up to their reputation."
"Really cool new spot in Newberg. The food was great, you can see the chefs a bit which gives you a bit of the “Yes Chef” vibes. We got the meat and cheese board to start and I got this delightful pasta. We also got their spiced orange cake (not sure if that’s the name) and the crème brûlée. Both so delicious and lightly sweet. Highly recommend for a good date night spot or small group. It was quite busy and they don’t take reservations (I know isn’t that the worst?) so go early."
"Top 4 best steaks I've ever had. Delicious onions and steak sauce too. Tempranillo wine was also spectacular and the cheesecake with the caramelized lemon rind, blueberries, and cream fresh was a delight. Thank you chef!"
