"My highlight would be how personable Lexi was. When I was in the waiting room I overheard her conversation with someone who was struggling to pay. She walked through all the options with him and took the time to have a genuine conversation rather than expecting him to figure it all on his own. She’s a keeper! My disappointment was with the cleaning itself. I was expecting a more thorough cleaning and it felt rushed. Nice folks though."
