"I have very high levels of anxiety when it comes to dental work. Even having my teeth cleaned. These people are fantastic! They are very aware of your anxiety, comfort & concerns & do everything possible to ease your anxiety. I had extensive dental work done yesterday. Dr. Simnett, Dr. Call, & everyone involved with my care did everything possible to make my experience as pleasant as they possibly could. Dr. Simnett followed up with me later that evening, to make sure I was okay. Oh, and Destiny is awesome! I really cannot recommend them enough. I’ve been to many dentists over the years & Century Dental is by far THE best."

"Prices should be audited. I was shocked by the quote they gave for an in depth cleaning. My insurance covers 80% and the quote for the post insurance costs were nowhere near affordable. They refused to do a cleaning same day they wanted to take x rays and now I know why after getting the quote. For context, I went to another accomplished dental facility in Hillsboro and received the exact same services, post insurance cost was the same cost it is to fill up my car vs century dental’s quote, which is about the same cost as my monthly rent. Just the cleaning would have consumed all my insurance for the year."

"I am writing this review to share my experience and offer feedback for improvement at this office. I recently inquired about getting 4 veneers done and was provided with pricing information along with the option to use Care Credit for payment. I decided to apply for Care Credit as it offered a feasible payment solution for me. However, upon contacting Care Credit, I was informed that any payment plan options had to be discussed directly with the provider. Today, the day of my treatment, I was informed by Destiny, who had been handling my quote, that they only offered a six-month financing option with Care Credit, with no interest. I was surprised by this information not being disclosed earlier. Destiny explained that they are a separate entity from Care Credit and thus couldn't provide details beforehand. Like really? It’s so important to inform about of all financial options available, especially when YOU ARE recommending a specific payment method. Just to clarify, she gave me this information just because I ASKED, otherwise she wouldn’t have told me anything! Additionally, I was charged $500 on a previous visit, which I now have to pay in full because it doesn't qualify for a payment plan. This issue arose due to lack of communication. I’m leaving 2 stars just because Dr Simnit was very nice…. But I really just wanted to leave 1"

"Easily one of the best dental offices I've been to in CA, WA or OR. Easy/great parking, wonderful first time visit with great overview of facilities and offerings including even a welcoming parking spot with name on it! Office was extremely comprehensive, newest equipment. Though I didn't need the cosmetic, they appear to have it all. Very good process of checking on my needs, seeing which way I needed but was NOT sales pushy for any products. Anything offered that was not covered by insurance, was mentioned ahead of time, but prices were minimal and most of costs covered by insurance. Really good, thorough and enjoyed my visit, which is not something you usually say about a dentist appt! I greatly appreciate all the effort and details they've added, was very refreshing."

"I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks, understandable since it was near the holidays. I received text reminders and the new patient intake process was very easy. Everyone at Century dental is kind, thoughtful, and attentive. Their clinic is very clean and modern. I felt very comfortable with Bridget and enjoyed our conversation as we got to know each other. Dr. Call has a calm presence and explained every step during my appointment."
