The office was extremely busy, but both the doctors at the office assured me that one of them could see me and take care of my problem. After filling out paperwork I was immediately called into one of the rooms and my complaint was treated. The process was very quick, painless and easy. The female doctor who gave me a shot gave the best injection I have ever had that I didn’t even feel it. The male doctor who I believe was the owner sent me home with holiday goodies. "I had a wonderful experience at Cornell Dental. I came in as a new patient and I feel it's worth mentioning I struggle with mental health and sometimes it's hard for me to keep up with my self care. After scheduling my appointment to see Dr. Sunwoo and get a cleaning, I received a text with a link to fill out my paperwork before arriving to my appointment. I was able to comfortably disclose my situation before arriving. I greatly appreciated this as it's hard for me to find the courage to talk about these things face to face. Every staff member that I had the pleasure of working with was incredibly compassionate and non-judgmental. I really felt I was heard when I had concerns about the work I had done in the past by my previous provider and I was thoroughly looked over to make sure everything was as it should be. My cleaning was completed with gentle care and I received pointers on how to keep my trouble areas cleaner in between visits.
