"This store is beautiful. I can find everything here from a card to a baby gift, a charcuterie board with a cookbook and specialty oils to carefully chosen boutique clothing. It's the perfect gift store for myself and everyone I buy for."
"I bought some gifts for someone from here. When I went to checkout, the cashier ran out of the store because she forgot to ring up the previous customers full order and had to go stop that customer. When she rung up my order, she didn’t inform me that my purchase was not returnable because it is classified as a holiday item. Nor did she mark anything in the receipt indicating this. Turns out the candle I bought would cause an allergic reaction to the recipient so I went to return it along with the other gift. The employee working that day told me I couldn’t return the candle because it was an holiday item. She didn’t give me the opportunity to explain the situation. She was extremely short with me during the whole transaction. Then she circled the return policy on the return receipt for the cookbook. I’m sure the business will respond with “the return policy is on the top of the receipt.” Putting the return policy on a receipt is pointless when you cannot return the item after you get the receipt. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received here. I will not be returning or recommending this business."

"Darcy and the staff at White Birch have just moved into their new space on 2nd Street in downtown Hillsboro not even 1/2 a block from where they were! The new space is light, bright, innovative, and filled with amazing things! I bought my prized Hillsboro Happy Place Mugs there and some other goodies! A little coffe bar is coming soon and the tastefuol products are fun and sure to wow even the most finicky shoppers. A great place for gifts and home decor! I love the new location and staff and will be buying client gifts there for a longtime to come! Great job Darcy and crew! Just terrific!"
