"Wow! I was blown away by my experience with this office. I am in the area for the week and tooth sensitivity I'd been experiencing turned into disabling pain - I could barely even think. I was fortunate to find this office covered by my insurance. They made time to see me the same day and, I am guessing, did that rather than close as early as they had intended to avoid unsafe weather conditions. All the staff I encountered on the phone and when I arrived were very kind and compassionate. The technician (I apologize I didn't catch her name) literally ran to get the needed x-rays done because she knew how much pain I was in. The dentist, Dr. Henry, came in and explained what he was doing to figure out the problem. He made a strong and confident recommendation for treatment but made sure everything was my decision before proceeding. The Dr. gave me time to process what was going to happen and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I never felt rushed. The procedure went quickly, smoothly, and likely as painlessly as it could have gone. Then, the Dr. gave me guidance on my next steps. Finally, I got a follow-up call from Dr. Henry directly, checking in on me and offering a visit before I left town if I felt I needed it. Once again, he answered all my questions and exuded compassion and competence. I couldn't stop saying thank you for all they did for me and the good experience they gave me in a bad situation."
