"Food... Never the greatest, Drive Thru... ALWAYS Busy with long lines. And the area they send you to park if the order is not ready, is so tight. Just trying to park a little subee crosstreck is difficult!"

"This location is all over the place. Sometimes it's great. But usually that's dependent on who is on shift. There is a guy working nights, when I usually go, that is super nice and always hands me what I expect. Then, sometimes, it's horrible. They'll forget sauces or the food has just had no care put into its preparation. There has been times that I am missing a chunk of my order. Problem is, unless you plan to go back and try to get it fixed, the hassle and time to get response through their contact system online is not worth it."

"This location has really gone downhill the last year or so. Service is some of the most dull new hires I’ve ever met, extra add ons are never added on and you’re charged for it, they tell you to go back through the end of the line if THEY screw something up, staff act like they’re all high all the time and forget to give you payment back, food is always stale. The one in Hillsboro is worth the drive."

"My daughter and I went there for some breakfast about a month ago, And we went through the drive-through, and there was nobody in the drive when we arrived. I began telling the girl my order and she said she didn’t hear any of it so I raised my voice so she can hear me and mind you. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before I’ve been in that booth and I’ve taken orders. She literally tells me” You don’t have to yell” As I’m telling her my order for the second time. Now there’s another car that has ordered through somebody else and has gotten ahead of me Because she couldn’t hear. When I get up to the front, I asked her and she refuses to give it to me, and then she proceeds to tell me that she is the manager! I am currently a manager of somewhere, and I am blown away that a manager would refuse to give her name and tell me that she was multitasking and that’s why she couldn’t hear me! Telling me, I don’t need to be yelling when you couldn’t hear and I wasn’t yelling is completely disrespectful and she did end up telling me her name because I refuse to leave the drive. Her name is Maricela. Fast forward to today I decided to come in for the night to get my daughter a happy meal I ordered for curbside that way I didn’t have to deal with the drive-through and I sat there and I watched three cars pull up and order and get their food so I asked the girl where my food was as it had been over 20 minutes and she gave me an attitude and then immediately a different girl came out when she went back inside with my food She was apologetic and nice but come on y’all. Are you kidding me my food was ready why are you giving people food before you’ve given me my order and don’t say that they had already ordered because I watched one of them order and get their food please start taking care of your customers in order that they come and treat them with respect. I am likely going to be going to a different McDonald’s from now on this is absolutely ridiculous. And I know what it’s like to work at McDonald’s so I wasn’t rude or disrespectful to the girl in the but I’m not gonna put up with any more of this. Get it together. This franchise is a joke."

"Never go to this McDonald's, it's not worth the hassle and it's not worth the way the employees treat you . I have gotten ripped off here more than once! My favorite thing to order off the menu is the buy one get one for a dollar sausage mcgriddle. On 11-10-23 I was driving through the drive-thru and ordered that. It took me 15 minutes to pay for my order because the man who was taking it continuously told me that that wasn't a deal. It wasn't on their menu and he couldn't do it. Not to mention by the end of it he was yelling. Eventually I got up to the pay window and explained the situation to the manager on site. She then told me that it is on the menu and then told me I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE ONE TO TEACH HIM HOW TO DO HIS JOB. She said" you need to explain that to him because he's a new person here and he doesn't know that yet." I told her okay fine. That's good enough. On 11-17-23 I drove through the drive through at 9:54 a.m. to buy the same thing for my breakfast. Same situation, same conversation with the man on the other side of the microphone. He says" we don't have that on our menu. You can't buy one get one for a dollar. I don't know where you're getting that from" and I tell him" I'm literally staring at the deal right now. It's on the right side of your menu. It's there. I don't know why you're saying I can't do it". He replies with "okay go to the next window". I then drive up to the next window and explain to them that my order is all wrong and try to tell them what I wanted to order in the first place. The manager comes up and starts to yell at me like it's my fault. He says, " why didn't you tell him it was on the menu? You should have told him it was on the menu. He's new that's why he doesn't know." I said "I've tried to tell him multiple times and we had this same conversation last week." He replied with well I don't believe you- I'm giving you your refund on your money right now but I'm never going to fix it for you again. If you come back through in this happens again then you're not getting your money back". I responded with "OH MY GOD I MIGHT AS WELL TAKE MY MONEY TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY""
