"We ordered in advance, it took forever to be ready. When we got it, it was wrong. We went back in to let them know and we couldn't even get anyone's attention to talk to them. People standing in line without even being acknowledged for over ten minutes. They aren't incredibly busy, either. I've worked fast food and am usually pretty forgiving because of that, but it's been another ten minutes and I still haven't gotten the 2 correct sandwiches."

"I got mini tacos and asked for the good good sause and asked for them to replace the lime sauce with the good good sauce cuz i dont like the lime sauce and they turned around and gave me two lime sauces and no good good sauce as i had asked for happenes everytime i go there. I hate always having to go in and ask for it and i was on lunch break so i didnt have time to go inside"

"All I ordered was their amazing curly fries! And was the only one in the drive through, when I received the "fry" it was the wrong size, had only 2 curly fries and the rest was the gross tiny crunch bits of regular fries that no one wants and they were cold. No one would ever have an issue with waiting for fresh fries! They gave me garbage! Pluss, fill in the pot holes in the parking lot and drive through. Such a dump now"

"We've ordered items several times in the past, but our experience on September 14th was well below standards. The 2 burger orders were fine, but the Santa Fe Chicken salad was awful! I've had this several times and alway enjoyed it, but this time it wasn't up to par. The expriation date was the next day, but when I got it home, it looked like it should have been tossed several days earlier. The lettuce was brown and limp, the chicken looked "over-the-hill" I couldn't eat most of it. The corn, black beans and cheese were practically non-existant. Usually these items placed in nice little recognizable mounds on top, but not this time. I had to hunt for the corn and counted 3, yes, 3 black beans and 1, yes 1 tomatoe! I got tortilla strips rather than the spicy sticks. It looked like someone had dropped the whole thing, on the counter then tried to put it back in the container. NOT GOOD! It's ashame since Jack in the Box is the only fast food restaurant to offer salads in our area, but I'm going somewhere else in the future. Besides the food, the driveway on Maple needs a serious pothole repaired. It just keeps getting bigger and bigger!"
