"I ordered a week ago and I to pickup my order today which is Valentine's Day, and of course they were out of part of my order and they had to replace it with something no one in the house can eat so that's a waste. Every time that I go in they can not find my name so I have to wait and look in email or text for a order number. Very inconvenient"
"Went online to order an arrangement and the delivery wasn’t carried out because they couldn’t find the place On a Sat) and the driver was getting off early so they brought it back to the store on Dowlen. I spoke to them and they would wait till Monday but I reminded them it was Labor Day so they said we will wait till Tuesday but will not be making a fresh arrangement. When it was finally delivered it was not fresh and the appearance of the arrangement was not like I thought it would be. When I ordered online I clicked or so I thought I did to add a happy bday ballon and chocolate covered apple slices! But didn’t happen The arrangement was not what I thought I ordered and paid for Should have went in person because I wasted time and money for bad service and plain unfresh fruit arrangement. Will not order anything from this location that’s for sure."
"My husband went to Edible Arrangements in Beaumont and got me these two things for Mother’s Day. He spoke about how sweet the employees were, especially with my son! The fruit is SO fresh. Everything was beautiful and tasted amazing. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious and fluffy! Definitely recommend!"
