"Please don’t take for granted that your floral arrangement will appear full as the arrangement that you are shown on their website.And to make matters worse, her staff will take your order, knowing that they are not going to fulfill it as the picture appears and when you call to notify them of being deceived, the owner shockingly tells you that she knew you would call back upset because her employee that took the order said you sound like a very picky and difficult person. Then she told me not to call her floral shop again, refusing to try to resolve the matter in a professional, civil manner. Furthermore, she purposely turned the conversation into an argument so that she could cut you off without resolving the matter as a professional manner. What a crook!"

The flowers lasted 2 days and were already withered upon being delivered. I would never purchase from here again. Great gesture and effort by him just hate the company provided such a poor quality arrangement."
