I called, spoke with a gentleman named Cliff who was pleasant and comforting and told me that he would take care of my order immediately and deliver them today. True to his word, the arrangement was beautiful. he sent me a photo and they were delivered this afternoon, the same day I ordered. Reviews make a difference and this company did a great job! She even painted every single centerpiece vase to match the color of the charger plates for a cohesive table scape. Kari has such a positive attitude and true talent! "This place is amazing. I ordered a large piece to be part of the decorations for a large buffet at the hotel I work . All I had to do was ask for something related to the holiday(Easter) and she did the rest. Customer service was the best, especially after the piece was dropped and the owner came 911 and fixed the entire arrangement without issue.
