"Was very nervous about taking my skittish and quite large cat to be groomed, expecting him to be uncooperative and frustrating, especially since, understandably, they don't groom cats very often; however I was incredibly wrong. They showed great care for the well being of my boy, and he's already acting as though he's much more comfortable after having the matted spots removed. Great people, great service and they clearly care about their animals."
