"It’s very unprofessional that you will respond to a review but will not respond to a customer via telephone or email. I was very polite with Impact Plumbing I had to come here to find out you refused my work? From my understanding, you were supposed to return a call. I am a contractor and until you can confirm the functionality of the repairs I have withhold a portion of the payment which left the balance at a little over $300. I have more Equity in this.. A $1,000 worth. You guaranteed your work and when I tried calling about the dryer vent on Monday you did not return any calls. It’s ok if you want to refuse additional work but I was unaware and I had an issue with the services provided. Left a message, no response. So I do I contact you guys with this issue via reviews?"
