"I went to get a tire rotation. They had my car for an hour then drove it back to the front and said they couldn't get the wheels off. Never once did they let me see the problem or had a remedy. I thought their business was to take tires off. I went down the street to the Mexican tire shop and all wheels were changed in under ten minutes with hand tools. The lady at modica was rude and didn't seem like they wanted to do the job. Won't be back."
