"My apt was quiet and large for a 1 bedroom. Everyone in the office has been very nice and helpful. The apartment complex itself is in a great location near shopping, HEB, on a bus line and within .5 of a mile to another bus line so getting around is easy if you are without a car."

"Living in the complex for 3 years. First year was excellent with the previous administration. The second year with the new administration was starting to be bad, last year it was really a bad experience. These are some issues that I experienced. First, I reported maintenance requests that not were fixed. Second, during the freezing event. I contacted and opened tickets for a broken heater to the emergency numbers. They were solved days later saying that nobody check emergency requests. Third, bad AC system. I reported more than one time during the summer. They just to say close the blinds of your windows. When finally I move out. I tried to close all my bills paying everything. Everything looked clear and they also returned me part of my deposit, I was surprised after a month later that I had a pending bill not paid that was transfer to a collector. It was not previously notified to me and it was not showed in the final bill. Conclusion, the complex is nice but the administration is really bad."

"I have been living at The Dayton for almost a year now with my 3 year old daughter. We have absolutely loved living at this complex. Maintenance issues are always fixed very fast, they communicate really well and maintenance are also VERY polite and friendly! I have not encountered a single issue living here and feel very safe and comfortable at The Dayton. We are so sad to be leaving as we embark on a new journey out of state but if we ever move back to Plano, The Dayton will be the first place we consider!"

"I have lived at The Dayton 14 years. Our apartment management company changed in July, 2022, and this is mentioned in other reviews. Our current manager, Nikki, is doing a very good job of addressing resident concerns and providing stability as we complete the transition from the previous management company. I believe one of the most important aspects of apartment management is the quality of maintenance. Jerry, our head of maintenance, is terrific. He is genuinely concerned about the well-being of the residents here and has done much for me personally. Jerry and the rest of the maintenance staff work very hard to properly maintain the property. Also, maintenance requests are handled very promptly."

"Nicely reappointed unit for an older complex. Apartment is warm and cozy with a nice patio and storage. I noticed a change for the better in leasing staff in the last couple of months. Maintenance crew are always sweet and helpful. I noticed that they may have changed the way work orders get processed and it seems a little faster too."
