"Absolute garbage. I think this company is a scam. They requested ID photo and then cancelled my booking a two hours before checkin. I’m afraid they may be taking ID and photos and using them for something illegal. Their customer service was nonexistent and Vrbo was a complete nightmare. I’ll never stay here and will definitely never book through Vrbo again. I still have no confirmation that I got my refund too."

"ABSOLETY horrid communication and experiance. I couldn't get ahold of property before reservation for check in. Expedia could not either. Phone does not have voice mail. Just got busy signal. The only communication I got was after the reservation. The communication from the property after was rude and disrespectful. They kept asking if I received an email or message about check in. I kept responding I did not. No one calls. Just a impersonal text message with attitude. My vacation was saved by reaching out to a real hotel. You know the kind with real people and great customer service. Honestly a fifty cent truck stop would of ben more trust worthy I am having to protest charges. This was so bad I want to say its a scam. Just go to a real hotel save yourself the hassle and a possible ruin vacation. It is my opinion this place is a scam. Stay away from it!!!!"

"I stayed with my colleague and had a bad experience with the management. The furniture is terrible, the soap was never filled, the wifi was never connected to the TV, stains on all the towels and sheets after housekeeping would deliver - the housekeeping sucked honestly. Terrible communication from management, joyce is the worst of them all don't even get me started with her."

"I have been using Urban Lights Residential services for my business trips to Dallas last few years. Whether 1 week or 2 months, their services are always ultimate. They have quite few apartment units across Plano, Frisco areas, mainly close to corporate offices, malls etc. Couple of units I stayed were very clean with all necessary amenities loaded for you. One time, I stayed with an unit with my family for almost 2 months where I didn't even have any single issue. All was taken care and nothing to worry about any hidden charges etc. The provided WIFI in all times were so fast. I would strongly recommend Urban Lights for your short time stays in Plano, Frisco area. I hope to see them to more units in Dallas, Irving areas soon!"
