"Don't waste the time getting a bid unless you want to see what an outrageous bid looks like. Speaking of that the callout fee just to get a bid was $90, that was nearly doubled what I ended up paying from a competitor. Bid was heavily inflated and the guy couldn't answer why it was so high other than that's what the company charges. The tech that came out didn't really want to answer questions and was almost like I was bothering him. Wish I could get my $90 back from these people. Went with another company that did great work and started the job immediately upon giving a bid and the bid was hundreds cheaper than this company. If needing a plumbing company, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Baffling how they have so many 5 star reviews. For context this was regarding a water heater that I had purchased already and needed installed."
