"The room was clean, all of the staff were friendly, and the hotel was well kept. The continental breakfast ran out of eggs at the end one day as a hungry kids scooped out a bunch, but it was also pretty steadily restocked. This will be our go-to hotel when we stay in Marshall, very well run!"

"We stayed one night and came in late. The front desk attendant was attentive, helpful and very kind. The room was clean, comfy, and stocked with necessities. All common areas were welcoming and nicely decorated. The included breakfast was the basic continental set in a clean well stocked and managed eating area. As for a safe environment, nothing seemed concerning or unsafe. Outdoor areas were lit up accurately."

"From the moment my husband and I entered the lobby, we were greeted by a cheerful clerk, whose demeanor set a positive tone for the stay. We were greeted with a smile and he was super helpful during check in. We were impressed with the accommodations. The linens were fresh and comfy, and the bed was just right. Having a couch in the room was a nice touch for chilling out and watching TV. The bathroom was stocked with more towels than you'd usually find in a hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was your standard continental affair, but it was all laid out nicely and clean as a whistle. My only suggestion for improvement would be to switch up the TV's location – it'd be cool if it was by the couch instead of the bed. But honestly, apart from that detail, everything else was spot on. Overall, we had a great time here and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy stay with friendly vibes. Plus, it's in a safe location with quick access to the highway, making it super convenient for travelers."

"I’m currently a guest at the hotel. I’m in town visiting family. The hotel manager was not on duty upon check-in, however she did not check me in as it was my husband who booked the room. We visited the Waffle House up the street and the restroom was not clean. My husband brought me back to the hotel to quickly use the restroom before getting our day started. I did not want to use the restroom in my suite. I simply wanted to use the restroom in the lobby as it’d be quicker and we were on a tight schedule. I asked the manager at the front desk where the restroom was and she said there were no public restrooms or restrooms on the 1st floor. I told her that I was a guest, and she proceeded to tell me well use the restroom in your room. I asked the custodian if there was a restroom on the first floor for guest and she pointed directly to it and was very kind. I asked the manager why she lied about restrooms and she gave a blank stair. She was so rude and stated she was the manager and asked if I wanted her name. I told her I’d rather leave a review. Please offer your hotel manager additional training courses on professionalism and customer service. *Update: Your response lacks so much professionalism. It displays the same attitude you had when encountering you. It adds accuracy to my encounter. Here’s an example of an appropriate response: Dear Customer, I apologize for any miscommunication amongst yourself and our staff here at Comfort Suites. Our goal is to make all guest feel welcome. Unfortunately, we do have a strict policy against public restrooms. Our records and surveillance did not indicate that you were a guest here at our hotel. We would love to meet with you and address your concerns to ensure accuracy on our behalf and welcome you as a guest in the near future. What a joke!"

"Stayed here as the last stop on a 2000 mile trip. Hallways had a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke even though the building is supposed to be smoke-free. Otherwise, room was very nice, clean, spacious. Bed was most comfortable I had been on the entire trip. Price very reasonable, easy access to highway. Food choices close by are limited/poor. I would stay there again."
