"I would like to thank the wonderful staff. Don't let the state of renovations fool you. While touring the property we discovered that there was a whole hell of alot that needs to be done before this place is habitual. From the kicked in doors, bio stained carpet, and peeling paint. You will realize why it's so cheap and oh I forgot to mention the unbelievable smell of mold. Stay at your own risk. You have been warned."
"They don’t give you extra towels when you need them . VERY RUDE would NOT RECOMMEND staying there ! They will invade your privacy . They will harass you & will not give you time to gather your things when it’s checkout time without standing outside your room . The room needs more maintenance & more sanitation. THE ROOM SMELLS HORRIBLE . Last but not least they will watch you on camera and find everything wrong to say to you !"
"Worst hotel experience ever. Check in staff not friendly, could not find my reservation until I showed info confirming it. Stairs and hallway walls dirty, looked like not cleaned in years. Dirty sock and bugs on floor. Bugs crawled out of pillowcase, when we checked mattress pad found disgusting brown stains. We were so uncomfortable, we drove 3 1/2 hours to get home, rather than spend the night in this hotel. They have a pool, but no chairs or tables, grass in cement areas."
"He tried to charge us for my SERVICE DOG!! We checked in last night after going almost a week with no electricity or water (hurricane Laura) and we just wanted a bed, AC, and a shower. The man at the desk was very rude. He acted like he didn’t want us there. We had 2 other dogs with us and were more than happy to pay the pet fee for them but he also tried to charge us for my service dog which is against federal law. I told him we were absolutely not paying for her and he dropped it. The room is ok. The floor looks kinda dirty but the beds are comfortable and the AC works so we are happy. The laundry doesn’t work, their are AC units piled in a corner on the second floor, the parking lot is covered with garbage. If we had another option, we would have taken it. Don’t stay here."
