"I was disappointed in this propert. The room was nice,clean and well maintained. The location would be good except for the road construction on Highway 59 out front. The front desk person refused to check us in yesterday at 2:40. Check in is at 3,but she let me stand there for 5 minutes while she was on the phone before she said that. Just told me to come back at 3. When I came back at 3 a different person checked us in and she wasn't very pleasant, grudgingly gave me a welcome bag(Hilton honors member)Breakfast was adequate and the attendant was helpful. Just overall not what you expect from a Hampton inn."
"It's on old style Hampton and I love the new ones, but you know what - it's clean and the coffee was good, and the breakfast was fine, so I would stay there again."
"Appreciative of great customer service. Good, but somewhat limited breakfast options - omlettes, french toast sticks, sausage, pre-packaged cereal, oatmeal, danishes. Breakfast open until 10 am. Rooms were small, but very clean, old style heater / ac. A little dated, but would definitely stay again!"
"Upon checking in, as I was not feeling well, my husband checked us in. He however did not realize we are Hilton Honours member so we were not rewarded our points. As a retired couple on fixed income, this was an expensive room for us. When I asked at checkout if we could get our points from our stay, they could not. Because we didn’t say we were members upon checking in…. Also, there was no hairdryer in our room. And no pen and paper. It’s the small things."
