"I DO NOT recommend this plumbing company. This is why: I had Capital Plumbing install a tankless water heater back in 2021. Fortunately, it was in a house that I rarely use because they did not do the job correctly. I recently had an air conditioner replaced and while the A/C guy was here to do an estimate, he noticed the hot water heater Capital installed did not look right (both are in the same attic) nor did the wiring. He told me about it and I called my regular plumber to take a look. Long story short, when my regular guy came out, he said that Capital did not do it correctly, because they should NOT have had the corrosive water coming out of the heater and dripping into a metal pan because it would rust the pan and then leak into my house. The only reason it had not done so before was because I have not been living in this house for the past several years. He also said that the electrician should have put a junction box in instead of just splicing the wires together. So now I have to pay for a repair caused by this poor installation. Best stick with another company and pass on these guys. It was not a cheap install either. I paid $3600 for this shoddy work."

"Called capital on Jan 2 they came out Jan 3 to unplug sink drain. Serviceman said he. Didn’t want to dig where Jim harris plumbing had dug the last time said was to much work. Tried to clear through the washer drain could not so he went outside and dug in a different place was going to install clean out first machine didn’t work so he brought out second machine end was broke off it so just a 1/2 cable to clean 3 inch pipe. Did not install clean out called new owner and he said he would come out and make it good. Never came or called. Never had this problem with Jim harris"

"I learned that my uncle had been cutting his water off for a year at the main because of a busted pipe at the riser. I asked a friend for a referral and she sent me to Capital Plumbing. I called at 1PM and a plumber was on site by 2PM with the pipe fixed and water turned on by 4PM. My uncle told me this was a huge issue that I wouldn’t be able to solve. Thank you to Capital Plumbing for letting me say “I told you so!”"
