"My vehicle broke down on the freeway, and I had it towed to JC's, based on good Google reviews. I was going to have to spend the night in Orange. It was late afternoon when my vehicle got to the shop, and one of the mechanics at JC's was kind enough to give me a ride to a hotel. Shortly after, Nathan called me to let me know exactly what was needed, and how much the repair would cost; the estimate seemed very reasonable, and I hoped they could get the parts in time to get me back on the road at some point the next day. I was amazed to get a call the next morning, that the repair was finished at 8:40 am! And John, the owner, was coming to pick me up! The cost was exactly what was estimated, the repair was great, and everything was completed way earlier than I could have hoped. I can't imagine better service, and a better outcome. Two thumbs up for JC's. If you're going to break down on the freeway, try to do it near Orange, Texas, and give these guys a call!"
"JC is a breath of fresh air. He still does things the old fashion way. He will call you before he makes any repairs, unlike the new age cats that do some possibly unnecessary repair and charge you for it. Only for you to find out when it's all said and done and the bill is due. He will also work with you on a time line that works for you. He is very understanding in this matter."
