"I don't normally mind a wait. Especially when I get good service. I have multiple vehicles I take here. Well the last two times I have been here to get oil changes I have had to wait 2 hrs. I understand not having a appointment. But it seems this time they completely forgot about me. I waited 3 1/2 hrs. Came in frustrated and they asked me, "which vehicle are you waiting on". This is the very last time they get my business. So I would make a appointment if your going to get anything at all done with them."
