"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So I called at 11am to see when he was available to come out to give me a quote on a job, he said he could do it same day. He told me he would be here at 4pm, I was like ok cool. At 410pm I call him to ask him where he's at, his response was he wasn't even on his way yet, he was in Beaumont which is 30 mins from me. Would have been different if he had let me know, but I actually had to call him. I told him don't even worry about coming. Chances are if he doesn't take the time for consideration for the customer chances are he probably doesn't take pride in his work, highly would not recommend him."

"Bryan came quickly when we called him but then completely ghosted us. We never got a quote (as promised) and he stopped answering texts and phone calls. He seemed nice so I’m pretty disappointed that this happened. *edited to add that after the review, Bryan did send me the documents he had promised early last week. As to reply to the below reply; I had given roughly a week when I had been told I’d have it a few days ago. I understand life happens, but had texted and attempted to call with no reply. By definition, that is ghosting. I appreciate that I finally got the quote. Also, I offered to pay for his time to go to my house and to prepare the estimate. The ALL CAPS writing is unnecessary in my opinion. Have a great day."
