"Set up an appointment days in advance. Received a date that the plumber would arrive, which was today. They were a NO CALL/NO SHOW. A phone call to the business at 4pm revealed that they were already closed for the day. Answering service states to just call back tomorrow at 0730. Why? Apparently my business is not worth their time. 10/18/22-Update, So we called AGAIN, my spouse is a better person than me-and they actually showed, and for right at $600, he put in a bathroom sink. FYI, They are now CAPITAL PLUMBLING, no longer Jim Harris Plumbing."

"Showed up on Nov 11th to repair two outside faucets. The younger guy out of the two twisted a pipe off in the wall. They said sheetrock would need to be cut out to repair. They left and have never returned. It's now Nov.17th. I decided to repair myself and used a torch to heat up old faucets and unscrewed them. I had to cut out part of a wall in the garage to repair the twisted pipe. Do not use these people.Save yourself 5he headache and a lot of money."

"This is my second time using this company and will continue. I had a leak behind the tub over the summer, and he had it fixed in no time. I had him out again for an estimate and have no complaints with that process. The secretary has been so friendly and helpful everytime. Armando was our plumber both times and he is just awesome!! I highly recommend this company and ESPECIALLY Armando. Oh yeah, the prices can't be beat!"

"If you have plumbing needs call Jim Harris Plumbing located in Mauriceville. Call them out to fix a water leak and they were here in 30 min and done in 20 minutes. They do good work and friendly and knowledgeable. I will call them back for my plumbing needs."

"They had to come out twice for plumbing that wouldn’t flow and it turned out to be septic tank had to be pumped out. The second visit was “no charge” Jason did a great job, was very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Jim Harris Plumbing!!"
