"I arrived 5 minutes before close and the boy who works there had already locked the doors and set the alarm. I begged him to please sell me 3 plants (I needed 2 ferns for my sister's birthday and 1 large potted plant for my niece's funeral.) He absolutely refused. This store is the only place in town to find plants like that, so I ended up having to drive an hour to another town to get the things I needed. I guess he didn't mind the owner losing that $60+, but I have an idea that the owner probably minded. If I were her I would have a stern talk with my employees about closing early. That's just bad practice."
